Increase proximity services for families:
- Strengthen our proximity services at the 5 existing sites: Côtes-des-Neiges, Parc-Extension, Saint-Michel, Verdun and Montréal-Nord
- AND Expand with other sites by 2029
With the addition of each site, we have the potential to support around 80 pregnant women and follow over 300 additional people (parents, children) per year.

Share our unique expertise across Quebec:
- Implement assessment tools to document and harmonize our practices;
- Reinforce impact assessments in collaboration with universities, notably McGill University and Université de Montréal
- Develop new tools, trainings and webinars on working with people in vulnerable situations;
Enhance our collaborative platform

With our knowledge transfer tools, we have the potential to share our expertise and our interventional model with approximately 25,000 perinatal care workers and early childhood professionals working with families in vulnerable situation.

Our vision for the families served by the La Maison Bleue network drives us to thrive. We aim to increase the number of families assisted by opening new sites, and to sensitize more professionals in our field of expertise to multiply the impact of our social perinatal model. Together, let’s raise awareness, persuade and grow. That is how we will pave the way to a brighter future for pregnant women living in situation of vulnerability in Quebec.

Sophie Bergeron, EEE, CPA
EEE, CPA, Senior Manager, Placements privés Québec, Caisse de dépôt et de placement du Québec (CDPQ)
Mother of three young children and Treasurer of the Board of Directors of La Maison Bleue since 2017, Sophie puts her leadership skills to work for the CDPQ to promote local businesses and help them achieve their goals. Motivating people, bringing them together, building a powerful team all whilst having fun is a core part of herself. Therefore, she was the perfect choice to lead this first major campaign!

Davide Pisanu
CEO ClearEstate
Davide is currently the Co-Founder and CEO of ClearEstate – an end-to-end technological and service platform supporting estate settlement across North America. He has been lending his entrepreneurial expertise and experience to La Maison Bleue since 2014. Initially as a director, he was later elected Chair of the board of directors. A role he has now held for 8 years with authenticity and heart. His visionary spirit will be an asset in this major campaign.

Sandra Longchamps
Chief Financial Officer, BFL Canada
As Chief Financial Officer, Sandra is responsible for the finance function and assists the CEO in developing BFL Canada’s strategic plans. A committed and passionate manager, she is renowned for her people leadership. She will assuredly rally many people to our cause!

Frédéric Bélisle
Director, Investment Banking – TD Securities
Frédéric is a Director in the Corporate Finance group at TD Securities. Within the scope of his functions, he makes sure he understands his customers’ needs and helps them achieve their objectives, both strategically and financially. We are confident that his expertise will help us propel our very first major campaign.

Catherine Hart
Director, Climate Advisory, PSP Investments
With a degree in history and international relations, she helps businesses assess their level of risk in the face of climate change and make the transition to a low-carbon future. Mother of three young boys, she is passionate about everything to do with the future of children and has been involved with La Maison Bleue at various times over the past few years.

Claudine Beaudet
Vice President, Employees and Culture, Énergir
As part of her role, Claudine is responsible for supporting Energir’s transformation by implementing innovative practices that have an impact on organizational culture. Her vision of human resources is unique and based on the strengths and complementarities of each team member. She will undoubtedly transpose this great energy to the campaign office.

Kasandra Côté
Partner, Tax, Canadian Corporate,

Kasandra Côté is a lover of life and mother of two. She has been involved for many years with causes that help children. A seasoned professional, she has over 15 years’ experience in Canadian and international corporate taxation. She has extensive expertise in mergers and acquisitions, international taxation, transactions and internal reorganizations. At KMPG, she represents a diverse clientele of small, medium and large public and private companies. We’re sure that her analytical mind, entrepreneurial experience and desire to help others will rally many people to our cause.

Stéphanie Leblanc
Partner, Deals, PwC
Stéphanie Leblanc is the mother of a 16-year-old teenager and a Transactions Partner in PwC’s Montreal office. She advises business leaders in the development and implementation of the financial strategy required to put their business plan into action. Stéphanie decided to get involved with La Maison Bleue because she believes in its proximity model, which enables it to anchor itself in the community it serves while personalizing its service offering to each person it accompanies. It’s an approach she finds particularly relevant in today’s fast-moving world, where everything is becoming global and international.

Maxime Tourangeau
Partner and Regional Team Lead, Growth Equity Partners, BDC Capital
Maxime is the father of two children, and dedicates his involvement with La Maison Bleue to the memory of his beloved mother, who took the cause of women to heart. As Partner and Regional Team Leader, Growth Investment Partners at BDC Capital, Maxime Tourangeau leads and executes the group’s investment strategy for the province of Quebec, focusing on innovative, high-potential companies in both traditional and new economy sectors. With over 15 years’ experience in his field, Maxime has a proven track record of supporting and investing in successful entrepreneurial companies, and we’re confident he’ll bring these fine qualities to bear on the success of our very first major campaign.
